From his early days in India where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering to his master’s in Computer Science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (fondly known as Rocket City), Dhaval’s passion for research and innovation has been the driving force behind his success.

Dhaval’s career took off under the mentorship of top-tier research professors, working on projects sponsored by Redstone Arsenal, NASA, and Lockheed Martin. This exposure to high-stakes innovation laid the foundation for his subsequent roles in prominent healthcare organizations such as BSC, Kaiser Permanente, and Aetna. During this time, he honed his skills in EHR systems, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), Claims & Billing workflows, and advanced data analytics always with a focus on HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
